At Mobexpert, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure all furniture or decor items are disassembled and placed back in their original packaging with all included hardware and instruction manuals.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Our specialized logistics team will contact you within 48 hours to coordinate a convenient time for our white-glove couriers to collect the items from your home.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once the items reach our warehouse and pass a quality inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
